Kocaeli City Hospital, which was opened on April 03, 2023 with the Public Private Partnership Model, is an integrated health campus consisting of a Main Hospital, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation (FTR) Hospital, High Security Forensic Psychiatry (YGAP) Hospital and a Technical Service Building on a ^{368,600 m2} land in the center of Kocaeli, where different branch hospitals are located and diagnosis-treatment areas that feed these hospitals.

In this health facility, which has a bed capacity of 1220, 214 polyclinics (195 Main Hospital, 20 Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Hospital, 3 High Risk Security and Forensic Psychiatry Hospital), 63 Operating Rooms, 208 Intensive Care Beds and a total closed area of ​​^{388,000 m2}; it is aimed to provide health services at the highest level by ensuring the comfort, security and privacy of patients and personnel.
